To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Ergonomics Global Leader (M/F) within the Health, Safety & Environment team! This position will be located in Lille (La Madeleine – in the HQ’s offices).

With the growing focus on Health, Safety, and Environment concerns in, around and beyond Roquette, we deeply believe it is the time to consider the need for ergonomics as a leadership driven change management strategy.
As the Ergonomics Global Leader, you will be accountable to build ergonomics as a systematic process to be integrated into day-to-day decisions and results.

The challenges are great: from “the case of change” definition to “the drive the change” for concrete results achievements. Our main objectives are to:
• create, maintain a positive and sustainable dialogue with all relevant internal and external interested parties,
• define collaboratively, deploy and guarantee appropriated Policy, Standards & System,
• contribute to the Strategy and Cultural Transformation in a community and preventive mindset,
• be a key player on progress acceleration and propose means to anticipate coming stakes (known and evaluated),
• create and contribute to create conditions for success,
• ensure the analysis, diagnoses, and studies are carried out with the degree of expertise necessary,
• be accountable individually and collectively for the expected results with tolerable residual risks.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
• co-define and implement the policy and participate to the governance process
• have a clear vision of all the interested parties (mapping) and their needs and expectations as their mutual impacts (by considering specific local context) and support it into the regions / GBUs
• define collectively and implement a sustainable dialogue approach with the interested parties
• propose a clear N+8 years vision (why, what, how) and to support it to the organization levels
• identify risks and opportunities and to co-create measures (tools, methods) to have a positive impact on them
• ensure the integration into programs and projects in order to ensure the expected results (management of change principle)
• provide for the HSE community and wider the competencies requirements
• support the guarantee of Ergonomics skills level within the HSE network and wider (engineering, methods, production, administrative, project management …)
• co-define, implement and lead the annual and multi-annual programs and related objectives
• co-define and deploy tools, methods, and indicators and to measure progress and performance including health datas
• create and support strongly experience sharing within all the company with Regions and GBUs
• include within her/his working process and self and team learning process (relation and formalization)
• co-define, implement and improve continuously the Management System ensuring alignment with related ISOs (ex : ISO 45001)
• perform audits for Ergonomics & Safety and/or internal audit as guest auditor
• contribute to the Global HSE service management system auditability
• ensure the implementation of the means and the achievement of the objectives
• co-ensure the appropriated reporting on appropriated timing

As an expert you have:
• Ergonomics and HSE knowledge
• Biomechanical, cognitive, and more widely systemic vision of working conditions based on concrete health interested parties
• Risk and opportunities assessment, analysis tools, methods
• Successful international experiences in concrete programs implementation, in leading multidisciplinary teams. Concrete results obtained
• A real sensitivity and congruence for the HSE domains and specifically to people care within a One Health mindset
• Management Systems, audit internal control in relation with risk and opportunity management

And also…
• Professional experience in Ergonomics (6 years min.) with a strong background on design and corrective fields, acquired mainly in industries
• Engineer degree in technical, science, ergonomics or related or an equivalent experience
• Regulation process principles and ability to drive topics and work with Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs
• Concrete experience in conducting audits, in regulations and in management system.
• Keen sense of complex organization understanding and all its usual functions all along the value chain
• Involvement into professional networks as a contributor and/or a leader welcome
• Willingness to travel as needed (20% +)
• And because we are an international company, you are proficient in English (oral and written)
